  • 5. How to pay for the services?

    Currencies
    You can pay in HKD only.

    Travelers to HK, Taipei, Beijing, Ho Chi Minh(Visa / Master)
    1) When you get confirmed for the booking by Babylimos, you will receive a email titled “New invoice XXXXXX from Babylimos Payment Service.”

    2) There will be a hyperlink which redirects to the invoice page

    3) Please click “PAY” to complete the payment

    4) There will be another email titled “Payment Received” to confirm the payment

    5) The refund of deposit will normally settled in 7 or more business days after completing the serivces

    Local Residents in HK (Cash, pay on delivery)
    1) When you get confirmed for the booking by Babylimos, please follow the date and time to meet our staff

    2) Pay the rental and deposit to the team, and use the stroller

    3) After returning t he stroller, the team will refund the deposit when the service completed

  • 6. How can I cancel the order?

    1. Login, and click “my orders”
    2. Find out the order
    3. Click cancel (Please notice the cancellation policy which you might not get full refund)

    Cancellation Policy
    • 100 % of the rental fee is refunded if the order canceled 10 days prior to the scheduled day.
    • 70% of the rental fee is refunded if the order canceled 2 to 9 days prior to the scheduled day.
    • 50% of the rental fee is refunded on or 1 day prior to the scheduled day.

  • 7. What is the purpose of the deposit? What if I lose or damage the stroller?

    The purpose of the security deposit is to maintain a good condition of the rental items to all the customers and to protect the asset of the company. The security deposit will be refunded once we have checked the items with good condition (normal usage will not cost any deduction on the security deposit, e.g. normal scratches, or minor dirtiness on the seat cover etc). Please contact us if you have any questions on it.

    If you lose or damage the stroller or other rental items, you will need to pay for the penalty, please refer to the following list. After deducting the penalties, the remain deposit will be refunded.

  • 8. Is our stroller can pick up to the plane?

    BABYZEN YOYO has a length and width of 44 x 18 x 52 cm, weight <7 Kg,
    POCKIT has a length and width of 30 x 18 x 35cm, weight < 4.5 kg

    which in line with the provisions of the airline baggage requirements:
    • unilateral length and width of the sum of not more than 115 cm,
    • weighs no more than 7 kg.

    Theoretically can be regarded as carry-on baggage on the plane, but the airline has the final decision. Based on experience, the general airline through the description and admission demonstration is allowed to enter the cabin. If you are not allowed to bring the stroller to the cabin, please take it to the boarding bridge and pass the stroller to the flight attendant.

    In the case of being forced to shipped as luggage, please inform the air service personnel to mark as "fragile" items to avoid damage to the stroller.
    In addition, after collecting the stroller from the luggage bridge, the renter/ hirer is obliged to check whether the body is abnormal/ damage immediately, if any damages, he/she will need to report to the airline to facilitate further maintenance or compensation matters before leaving the airport.
